At The Early Learning Institute, we believe that all children can learn when provided with the right tools.  Our teams of dedicated and caring professionals serve over 1600 babies and children aged birth to 5 each year in Allegheny County in our preschool, infant and toddler, social butterflies and speech and language programs.
