The Early Learning Institute’s Infant and Toddler Program serves children from birth to three years of age. Services are provided in the child’s home or daycare facility and may include speech, occupational, and physical therapy. Developmental, hearing, vision, nutrition, and social work services are also available. An Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) is developed for each child through collaboration of parents, a service coordinator, and the child’s therapists.
Our therapists are highly educated and have a wide range of experience – some with as much as 25 years. They are also familiar with current research and practices. The commitment and passion demonstrated by our staff is inspiring. In fact, some of them were first introduced to our agency because their own children were enrolled in our program.
Choose The Early Learning Institute to provide services for your child.
The Alliance for Infants and Toddlers offers two services for children:
Screening and Tracking Program
Evaluates and monitors infants and toddlers who are at risk for developmental delays, including low birth-weight infants and preemies.
Service Coordination
Provides coordination for all families of children eligible for intervention services.
What will happen next?
An AFIT Service Coordinator will schedule an evaluation of your child to determine eligibility and the need for services. Once the determination is made that your child qualifies for early intervention services, you will be asked to choose a provider to address the outcomes identified in the IFSP.
