Immediate Full Time Opening for a Licensed Physical Therapist – Competitive Salary and Benefits!

JOB TITLE:  Physical Therapist

JOB DETAILS: Full time, Exempt 35 hour/week position

BENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision, 401 (k), Life/STD/STD, Paid Holidays, Vacation/Sick time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must be licensed in Pennsylvania in physical therapy
  2. Must have a minimum of one year of experience with a pediatric population
  3. Must possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  4. Must have a valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
  5. Must be willing to work in family homes, daycare centers and other community locations
  6. Must be willing to work with diverse populations and the whole family by using a Home Based Coaching model.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Physical Therapist will provide services in the family home or community to children birth to three years of age as assigned, providing therapy in accordance with the best practice guidelines for children and youth under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and consistent with all State regulations, licensing requirements and teli’s compliance program.  This includes but is not limited to meeting all requirements for documentation, working to fulfill IFSP goals, and facilitating appropriate interactions with all professionals involved in the care of the child. This position offers medical, vision and dental insurance, LTD/STD and Life and a 401(k) retirement plan.
