Maya has a BA in Linguistics from Brandeis University along with a master’s degree, in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh. She additionally has her PA Teaching Certification to work with Speech and Language Impaired children from Pre-K through 12th grade. Maya has a special interest in working with young children in the area of speech development, incorporating play and everyday routines to make speech functional and fun! Maya has 3 years of experience working with children in Early Intervention, as well as in school based and outpatient settings.
