Nichole earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Allegheny College, followed by a Masters from University of Pittsburgh focusing on Early Intervention with a specialization in Autism. She began her career providing TSS support in the family home for children with Autism. She also worked in a Therapuetic Preschool for children with Autism. As a Service Coordinator, Nichole managed Early Intervention Services but soon found that she loved working more closely with children with Autism.
