teli’s Mission

teli – The Early Learning Institute,  helps children realize their full potential.  We enrich their lives, and those of their families, by providing specialized programs and individualized early intervention services for children with developmental delays.  In the home or in the community, teli collaborates and partners with other community organizations to carry out our mission.

The beginning….

Since it began, more than 50 years, teli has served thousands of families by helping to establish a caring and comfortable environment in which children and their families can thrive. teli brings to life a compassion for the care of children with developmental delays that is unrivaled.  As a non-profit organization, teli is focused on providing the best possible early intervention care for your child, while other for-profit providers may be more focused on the ‘bottom-line’. In 1958, families of children with developmental delays often felt helpless with few educational and therapeutic options for their child. St Peter’s Child Development Center was conceived and became a priceless resource for these families.  Over these many years, multiple research studies have confirmed the crucial role Early Intervention services play in the healthy development of infants and children with developmental delays. At teli we take great pride in the impact Early Intervention services can make and remain focused on helping children achieve goals their family only dreamed were possible.
